Fall Semester- Illustrator
Color Predictions
In the Color Predictions project we made a poster for a fashion magazine with various tools in Illustrator. We had to match the colors that we used with the theme of the season and make sure the colors were nature orientated.
MRS Logo Design
This project's objective was to create custom logo for a company called "MRS." We used type and symbols to create this logo.
Soda Label
In this assignment we created our own soda, and made our own design for the unique soda. In this project we used type and various tools in Illustrator.
Melody of Words
In this project we had to advertise the "Melody of Words" event at our school. We traced a picture that we scanned into Adobe Illustrator using the pen tool.
Spring Semester- Photoshop
Family Touch-Ups
In this project we had to take the original picture and copy it to the side of it. Then we had to remove the dust & scratches from the picture and use the clone tool to take out further imperfections.
Handsome Guy
In Handsome Guy we had to edit the man's face and brighten his teeth. We mainly used the spot healing brush tool and the healing brush tool to take out wrinkles and imperfections.
Crew
In the Crew project we had to clone tool to take out the waves and sand in the original picture. Then we used the type tool to add the "CREW" and we added an affect to the type.

The assignment for the CD cover was to pick one of your favorite artists and create your own unique design. We had to use pictures from the internet and use previous tools that we learned, such as the clone tool, type tool, and the marquee tool.
Commodities Postcard
The point of this project was to select pictures from the internet that you use in everyday life, and put them into an organized postcard. We used the marquee tool and the magic wand to select the part of the pictures that we wanted.
Zoo Post Card
The Zoo Post Card is a project used to advertise a local zoo. The main point of this assignment was to use Adobe Bridge to organized photos and then put them to use once you have organized them.
Disaster Relief in Haiti
In this project we had to create a poster for the earthquake that recently struck Haiti. To make the poster we used a number of things, such as; pictures from the internet, brushes, type, ect. This poster is used to raise money for the victims that were affected by this tragedy.
Blog
In this project we used all of the tools that we have learned to create a magazine cover with a picture of us on it. We created our own unique idea and layout for our favorite magazine of what we think we will be featured for in 10 years.
